Nichols Leadership Academy
Nichols Leadership Academy develops leaders individually through mindset shifts. We offer online courses to assist in expanding personal life skills such as financial literacy, personal productivity, emotional intelligence mastery and more.
Community Outreach
Dr. Nichols volunteers weekly with the Water From The Rock organization and sits on the board for the Trinity Habitat for Humanity Fort Worth region. Through his work with both organizations, he's helping combat food insecurity and closing the gap in home ownership for communities with limited resources.
Veterans
As a 30 year Navy Veteran, Dr. Nichols is passionate about helping Veterans obtain personal, financial and professional stability. Dr. Nichols is a proud member of the Sons of the American Legion 838 Tuskegee Airmen Lounge in Fort Worth.
